FREDERICK DASO

Frederick Daso is currently a MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. Before matriculating to Harvard, Frederick was a member of Boeing's prestigious, competitive two-year Engineering Career Foundation Program, where he completed four six-month rotations in the aerospace firm's major business units across Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Global Services, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and Boeing Research & Technology in structural analysis, software engineering, and project management roles. He also worked at an early-stage startup as a product manager. Frederick was also previously a Venture Fellow at Rough Draft Ventures and Castor Ventures, respectively. Outside of his engineering work, Frederick is a prolific writer, having written over 250 articles on early-stage startups at Forbes.com, where he was a Senior Contributor to their Enterprise Tech channel for five years. He is the author of the Founder to Founder newsletter with a readership of over 3,000 subscribers consisting of founders, operators, investors, and general tech enthusiasts. He was also a 2016 and 2018 LinkedIn Top Voice with over 330,000 followers, where he writes about startups founded by college students and recent college graduates. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with his Bachelor's and Master's in Aerospace Engineering (Course 16), where he was a 2018 National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship recipient and an undergraduate Ronald McNair Scholar. In his free time, he likes to read, write, play poker, run, and spend time with friends and family.
